Health, safety and well-being are our top priorities. With COVID-19 at the forefront, we have implemented strict policies to adhere to CDC Guidelines to help bring peace of mind to all those who put their trust in BOLD LUXURY.

Before and after each ride, our chauffeurs put each vehicle through an extensive non-toxic, disinfecting process to disinfect all possible touch-points. Chauffeurs are equipped with an ample supply of N95 face masks, disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes. We discourage passengers to sit in the front passenger seat in order to adhere to social distancing requirements. Chauffeurs will wear gloves while handling customer's luggage and/or personal items. Customers will have the option to handle their own bags. Hand sanitizer will be offered to all customers as part of our ongoing efforts to protect them.
